Insolvency/bankruptcy/sequestration applications can be filed in terms of the Insolvency Act 24 of 1936, as amended. Sequestration proceedings in terms of the Insolvency Act have serious consequences in the immediate, short and long term for all individuals. Serious and thorough consideration must be given to such proceedings.
Companies and Close Corporations can be placed into voluntary or compulsory liquidation in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act and/or the Close Corporations Act.
In addition thereto, we assist clients with the enquiries held thereafter in terms of prevailing legislation.
